Leawell International Ltd was incorporated in 1993 with its base in Hong Kong, specializing in the market and distribution of pharmaceutical and chemical raw materials, intermediates, pharmaceutical finished dosages and medical equipment into and out of China.

We played a very important role as the bridge between China and overseas pharmaceutical and chemical field. In our importing business, we are an agent in China for the marking and sales of the first class products from many world-class pharmaceutical manufacturers from Italy, Germany, Spain, Austria, Holland, France, Mexico, the Republic of Slovak, South Korea, India and Taiwan etc. In addition, we also help oversea manufacturers to successfully apply over 30 Import Drug License (IDL), and there are a many IDLs applications which are under progress. At the same time, we also export Chinese pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates to European countries, acting as an agent of Chinese manufacturers to apply DMF and COS registration. In the past 10 years, we persevered in introducing Chinese pharmaceutical products to the international market, and our company has won the recognition in local antibiotics and importing & exporting fields.
We established a Joint Venture in Shantou in 2002 – Shantou Antibiotics Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., producing antibiotics API, e.g. Cephalosporis and Penicillins, and finished dosages.

We are not only cooperating with Harbin Pharm Group Sanchine Pharmaceutical Shareholding Co., Ltd to develop new finished formula, but also acting as the agent of sales and registration of the Royal Jelly products of Beijing Zizhu Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. in Hong Kong. We also help the Chinese pharmaceutical companies in registration of their Chinese medicine products in Hong Kong.

Recently, we has established a Joint Venture among Leawell, ASC Dobfar (Italy) and Shengzheng Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd, and decided to manufacture Dobfar’s patent medicines in Shengzheng.

We also have a subsidiary in Ningbo, which is responsible for the export.
